The establishment features the Jet Lounge, a restaurant-bar with a friendly atmosphere, and two modular seminar rooms. A pleasant welcome and attentive staff. The hotel is a stone's throw from the Luxexpo exhibition center and not far from the Kirchberg plateau. Ample free parking for guests.

Despite booking a family room, the accommodation provided was exceptionally small, making it inconvenient even to open luggage on the floor. Additionally, the absence of an air conditioner or even a fan in the room led to discomfort throughout the night, with the reviewer and their children feeling overheated. The level of service received was subpar, with unhelpful staff exacerbating the situation. Furthermore, the lack of basic amenities such as a kettle for tea or coffee and drinking water further detracted from the overall experience. In summary, this hotel failed to meet the basic standards expected of an accommodation establishment.
