In July 2014, we almost to lose your flight. Flibco did not wait until our shuttle comes from Thionville, and we expected in the parking of Luxembourg it already bus party. The driver refuses to lead us to Charleroi, and does not manage to contact the power station. After 50 minutes lost, we order a taxi, because we are very likely to get our flights. Before leaving, the fill. Meanwhile, the driver FLIBCO receives in order to make the journey to the airport. We ask for us, time for half tower. He left without us to wait. Do NOT travel Flibco! They cancelled our buses for 3 hours and told us to buy a separate city bus ticket because of the 3 hour delay. They said we would get a refund and we checked the terms and conditions on their website which confirmed this.
30 days later they are still refusing a refund. Flibco are a really appalling company and should be avoided.
