Since 1984, the Schmalen-Brouwer family business has been producing cheeses (cow and goat), yogurts and fromage frais from milk produced on its own farm. All products are made in the traditional way, avoiding preservatives or flavor enhancers. Berdorfer, a traditional cheese made from cow's milk, has been their specialty for over 30 years. The company also offers ice creams, to eat in or take away.
