Since 1881, the specialty of this chocolate factory, now run by the passionate Giancarlo Torta and his children, has been Baci di Cherasco, a blend of Piedmont hazelnuts and dark chocolate. They're a sure-fire hit to pack in your suitcases! But the other sweets are just as delicious... The setting of the patisserie, under the arcades, has not changed and has kept its wooden shelves, marble tables and paved floor from over a century ago. A true temple to gourmet delights!
