This building was used as a meeting place for members of the Masonic lodge, and today houses a museum of theatrical and musical history.
Legend has it that this 18th-century building was the meeting place of the Severnyj Fakel" Masonic Lodge, founded in 1816. The building is now home to the Museum of Theatrical and Musical History.
