WHEATLEY PROVINCIAL PARK

In this sunny region near the southern tip of Canada (the same latitude as northern California), this isolated estuary of Lake Erie is home to many creatures. Migratory birds stop here, turtles sunbathe on logs and herons wade in the shallow streams.
