L'ARDOISE GOURMANDE

If you're in the mood for real French cuisine, this is the place for you. As the name suggests, there's no set menu for months on end here, but everything on the slate according to fresh produce. One day you'll find snails, another you'll enjoy black pudding purée, truffle risotto or... surprise, because you never know in advance what the slate will consist of.
