TARGANINE

Targanine is a union of six argan oil cooperatives, representing a total of some 130 women from the Souss region. Women produce cosmetic and edible oils, as well as prickly pear oil (rich in vitamin E), combining traditional and modern methods. The activity of the union tends to be part of a sustainable exploitation of the argan tree population, by replanting trees.
