Vastel's farm began in 2007 on the basis of a small and old family farm on the shores of the Val de The. Sales at fairs and markets, in the Amaps, local shops and some wine cellars, made it possible for them to become known. In regional cidricole competitions, the oligarchs obtained a gold medal in 2009, silver and bronze in 2010. Today, the farm and its productions, Ecocert certified are labeled "bio-consistency". This is a similar approach to the natural wines that are applied on the farm. Due to the lack of oenological follow-up adapted to this operation, a wine was lost and lost. Christophe Bouvet has to appeal to the generosity and solidarity of his pairs (friends, neighbours, family) to save his operation.
