Bûches marron très bonne, légère et pas du tout écoeurante, la génoise est légèrement imbibée, perso pour moi on ne sent pas assez le goût de la crème de marron.
Bûche St Thomas trop bonne, j'aime énormément le chocolat dulcey, très belle association.
Des bûches bien présenté et joliment décoré.
Attention sans GPS il est presque impossible de les trouver, ils sont au bout d'une impasse. Le déplacement en vaut vraiment la peine.
