Bernard Rochaix and his wife no longer count on the rewards of Swiss and international competitions. The novelty is Geneva's picholette: two assembly wines, one white and one red, sold in an old 28 cl wine measure which calls the gift. There are also wines raised in oak barrels: Chardonnay, gamay oak, pinot noir, cabernet-sauvignon and late harvest, Pinot gris de Peissy (sweet wine), white white Genevoisie AOC Peissy, old marc (1977 to 1980) and old bond. Tasting cellar everything has 20 places.
