In the heart of the Clape massif, the Gouffre de l'Œil Doux is set amidst the garrigue and offers an exceptional view of the Domaine de l'Oustalet, the sea, La Clape and the Etang de Pissevaches.
Created by the collapse of an immense vault, this geological curiosity is made up of high limestone cliffs overlooking a circular expanse of emerald-green water. More than two hundred species of birds make this one of the best ornithological sites in the département. Walking shoes and headgear recommended. Swimming is prohibited and dangerous.

Attention, suite à un arrêté préfectoral l’accès du gouffre est interdit jusqu’au 31 août 2023. C’est bien de pouvoir le signaler pour éviter toute déception ????.

Balade agréable. Plusieurs sentiers. Ne pas hésiter à y aller en cas de grand vent. Belle vue sur la mer. Spectacle des plongeurs au gouffre, même si c'est interdit.
