Restaurant in a warm and welcoming setting for creative and innovative dishes in Klingenthal.
The setting is charming, with a small river running beneath the house. As you enter the restaurant, under a glass slab, you can see the fish tank in which the trout frolic. Frédéric Lehn will serve you trout with blue cheese or almonds. This young chef is not lacking in talent, nor is his cuisine lacking in maturity. He prepares according to daily arrivals, and his dishes are inventive and gourmet, even if his menu includes some classics (which it does!). Before you leave, take a look at the little baskets filled with homemade cakes, the famous weihnachtsbredele. They're sold by weight.

Nous étions invités à L'Etape 9 et avons dégusté un fabuleux dîner dans le restaurant attenant. Service très agréable et excellente qualité de la nourriture. Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Difficile de croire que cela existe encore dans cette région isolée-

Une petite soupe délicieuse en amuse bouche, un bon repas et surtout une excellente tarte aux myrtilles puis le café liégeois c’est le meilleur que j’ai dégusté ????????
