Jean-Marc Bourgeois chose to transform this family house into a hotel-restaurant-bistro to exercise his talents. In his early years, he worked on the Côte Saint-Jacques and other renowned chefs. In the brand new building in the heart of the village you will choose either the bistro side or the gourmet restaurant. In both cases, the crottin (of Chavignol, of course) is the star. In the bistro, it is served in salad or in sauce with beef skewers, in the restaurant, it is prepared as giant tagliatelle with butter of nutmeg. The fish are of high quality and are carefully cooked: the grondin red mullet fillet, potato purée, Norway langoustines and its olive oil trait is a delight. The Bistro offers a mijotée cuisine that highlights the scents of our grandmothers'local dishes. The restaurant blends and blends unexpected and delicate flavours. Everything is authentic, until desserts, and can be accompanied by wines from the region whose boss carefully selects one domain each week. This quality establishment, ideal for a gourmet stage in the heart of Sancerrois, offers 12 rooms with modern comfort, including 2 duplex and 2 suites.
