26 bungalows spread under coconut trees, on the water (direct access), not far from the harbour, and in fact close to the centre. Pleasant environment, but benefits a little decreasing lately (lack of maintenance). Prices, however, remain accessible. You can order your meals. In July 2013, new comfortable rooms were under construction on two floors.

Un petit hôtel très sympa. Il est au centre de Tamatave, pas très loin de la maison où est né le célèbre chanteur et voyageur Antoine. La structure est simple et permet ainsi justement une immersion dans la vie locale de la très vivante Tamatave. On y mange de la nourriture typique. Et si vous aimez la plage, elle est assez proche que pour y aller à pieds ou en cyclo-pousse. Depuis maintenant 1 an, les tuk tuk sont au rendez vous !
Faithful guest for almost 15 years of Marotia, I have been disillusioned recently. Indeed, the site is one of the most beautiful and relaxing of Tamatave. Unfortunately, the bungalows are very badly maintained, including plumbing, linen is limit, towel when my last stay, they were not dry. Staff changed and the welcome is unpleasant... Really disappointed because I frequently alla being there resident to Ste Marie. Moreover, no planning held difficult to book because they do not ask for guests the number of days that they remain. Breakfast from 7:45 when all guests left! I folded back me on the Tiana bungalows in Salazamay, bungalows 20000 rear very goods run with hot water, TV fan, cheerful staff, hearty meal for 5000 rear. It is a pity that it is a little far from the centre on the road to the airport.
I spent a few nights in March 2010 in this hotel. I appreciated because very quiet, on the edge of the beach and a few minutes walk or rickshaw from the city centre. Reasonable prices. Simple but well. Very well
