A magnificent setting and a delicious cuisine: Laurence, the manager of the hotel and restaurant l'Entremer, is a favorite. Laurence cooks like she likes to eat, healthy, fresh and varied! The dishes of the day are concocted with passion: ray gratin, lemon snapper, green bean mousse, seafood risotto... Everything on the table is home-made. Laurence has even created recipe cards to train her Malagasy teams in the flavors and customs of other countries. A treat for an excellent quality-price ratio!
