Restaurant where the chef offers traditional cuisine and evocative menus.

On leaving Saint-Lô and heading towards Canisy, the landscape quickly becomes green, and it is here that the Auberge de Candol is located. The chef offers traditional cuisine, and the menus are divided into two evocative names: Monet and Gauguin. The restaurant room is pleasant; the warm colours and the tablecloths give an authentic atmosphere in a welcoming setting, and the beautiful grills are served in the fireplace. If you add to all this some very hearty desserts, it is likely that you will leave here with an irrepressible desire to rest. Simple but very effective.

Je ne partage pas les autres avis, ou alors je suis tombée sur un mauvais jour.... La cuisine bof, le service pas top et le restaurant est mal aménagé (présence de marche non repérée) pour les personnes mal-voyantes dommage

Ambiance familiale, service chaleureux.
Cuisine délicieuse et très copieuse, nous nous sommes régalés et avons passé un très bon moment. Merci au chef et au responsable de salle qui ont été au petit soin avec nous.
Je recommande vivement ce restaurant si vous aimez les plats de qualité type restaurant gastronomique.
