A large brasserie in the centre of Saint-Lô, Le Bistrot 59 is one of the best brasseries in the city. The menu focuses on standards, starting with snacks (croques or savoury tarts), but also, and above all, on the standards of French cuisine: salads or cassolettes as starters, fresh and well-cooked meats or a vast choice of pastas to continue, and good and hearty desserts to finish. The chain also has a version with slightly higher standards, the B59 +, right next door.

De passage dans la région pour le week end de la pencote.
Bonne cuisine, et un service au top.
Une jeune saisonnière qui prend le temps de discuter avec les clients malgres le reuch.

Nous avons eu un très bon dîner au Bistrot59 hier soir. Surtout le porc fumé avec sauce au miel était très bon. En dehors de cela, Bistrot59 est un endroit agréable pour s'asseoir et prendre de bonnes bières.

Nous avons pu profiter de leur carte 2 soirs de suites.
J'ai rarement aussi bien mangé dans ce genre de petite enseigne.
Le service était impeccable.
Je recommande énormément mais surtout réservez car c'est vite complet !
