Lodge Mikea's annex in town, located right in the center of Tuléar, with spacious, comfortable rooms.

"La Bâtisse by Mikea", the city annex of "Lodge Mikea", is located in the heart of Tuléar, and also includes the Oasis Café, the Mikea Beauty hairdressing/massage salon and the Robert chocolate factory, which belongs to the same group. The building, which dates back to 1950, has been renovated while retaining its authentic character and colonial ambience, with a blend of wood and stone, and a tasteful decor full of charm and color. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and very pleasant. A good address for those who want to stay in town.

I came here one time and the price was 100AR/night. I came again 5 days later and was greeted by different receptionist that I hadn’t seen before. She showed me a different—lesser quality room—and quoted 165AR/night. She refused to honor my original rate so I left.
