The Betsileo Country Lodge is now managed by Adafi, a former Malagasy guide who is as dedicated as he is professional. The view from this charming hotel is breathtaking, we never tire of the colors and lights that transform the landscape throughout the day. Friendly, warm and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are cozy and comfortable. Many activities are organized on request, making this hotel an ideal base for discovering and surveying the region. We easily stay 2 or 3 nights!

TSIENIMPARIHY LODGE

Hotel €€

Tsienimparihy Lodge is a pleasant and comfortable complex, although the units are somewhat crowded together. One will find the amenities satisfactory in spite of this. The bungalows, set in a pretty flowery garden, are quite well appointed and spacious, with a double canopy bed and mosquito net and a private bathroom. For the rooms, the ones on the first floor with wooden floors and a terrace are the most attractive, do not hesitate to ask for them. Possibility to rent a 4x4 to visit the Andringitra Park.

LA RÉSIDENCE DU BETSILEO

Hotel

Beautiful traditional house with comfortable rooms, with a slightly old-fashioned charm. Restaurant with covered terrace. At the time of our visit, Jean-Marie and Holy, the friendly owners, had to leave for other horizons, and the residence was taken over by the family of the Sorafa Hotel in Mananjary. If the menu does not change, do not miss the Bourguignon of zebu and its home-made purée, their specialty; duck breast in all its forms, carbonade of zebu (for Belgian friends) or foie gras with Ratafia of Ambalavao on home-made brioche canapé, just as promising.
