This restaurant offers artisanal Mexican cuisine in a lovely rustic setting. Known as the best table in town, it is the creation of a woman, chef Luz María González, who is in charge. Among the options, all very tempting, do not miss the sopa negra de huitlacoche y hongos (mushroom soup) or the revisited version of chiles en nogada, the national dish.
