The facade is welcoming, lively and clear. The interior is warm, and sounds good tradition. French cuisine is simple and goûteuse based on carefully selected products. The plates are beautifully presented. The menu? Ris of calf calf with vanilla, rognon of calf in langoustine grout, tournedos au, turbot and orange honey… Just the very big classic perfectly executed with the beautiful touch of creativity by Thierry, the chef. Fabienne his wife will receive you. This is the reputation of La Chaumine for many years. A small terrace in quiet for fine days.
