12 km north of Aix-en-Provence, on the road to Luberon, the Château du Seuil, built in the 13th and 17th centuries, is one of the most beautiful architectural achievements in this region. With a surface area of about 50 hectares and entirely located in the AOP Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence area, the Château du Seuil's vineyard spreads over the southern slopes of Trevaresse between 350 and 450 m in altitude. It thus benefits from a lot of sunshine and the Mistral that promotes the good health of the vines. All the wines of the estate are available for tasting and commented by a team of professionals every day of the week in a unique and welcoming setting.

Butinarello means "forager" in Provençal, it's the name of Caroline and Quentin's honey house. They master the whole production process, from breeding to packaging. Their hives are transhumant on the Côte Bleue, in the hinterland of Aix and the Luberon. Their honeys are organic. They also collect fresh pollen and royal jelly, 100% natural. With the wax of their bees, they make Bee Wraps, reusable cotton food packaging to cover food, ecological and zero waste
