La Traversée de l'île de Tatihou / La course du Run

A nature race close to the sea, and even partly in the sea! At the end of July, the Run starts in Saint-Vaast and invites you to run 8 km, including the tour of the island of Tatihou. Specificity: the sea rises quickly and, if your feet are dry (or almost) on the way out, it is on the way back that the tidal range makes you run in several tens of centimeters of water.
