Managed by Monika Boucher and her daughter Gwenaëlle, the estate is one of the precursors of organic viticulture in Corsica, certified in 1987. Rewarded efforts that delight the palates of the finest connoisseurs. The range includes the Granjolo in the 3 colors, the Granajolo Cuvée Monika, in red and rosé, and the "J", in red and white, an exceptional wine matured in barrels and produced in limited quantities. The grape varieties used are niellucciu and sciaccarellu for the red and rosé, and vermentinu, the traditional island white.
