FRANTOIO GAZIELLO
Since the end of the 19th century, the Gaziello family has been producing olive oil in this press on the outskirts of Ventimiglia. Right next to the laboratory, a small store sells this delicious extra-virgin oil, to be enjoyed without moderation and offered to your loved ones. And if you're in the area between November and March, you might even be lucky enough to see the olives being pressed, when the press is in operation: it's a great opportunity to learn more about the olive-growing profession and how the products are made!
