For over a hundred years, the Gaziello family has been producing olive oil in this press on the outskirts of Ventimiglia. Right next to the laboratory, a small store sells delicious extra-virgin oil and exquisite preserves. It also sells natural olive oil soaps and cosmetics. If you're in the area between November and March, you may be lucky enough to see the olives being pressed, when the press is in operation. It's a great opportunity to learn more about the olive-growing profession and how the products are made!

FRANTOIO GAZIELLO , à XXmiglia , en plein centre de cette ville frontière , Via Cavour , si vous aimez, de l'huile d'excellente qualité : A NE PAS MANQUER ! Et... ils parlent Français et sont d'excellents conseillers , à propos d'huile . ..et de tout ce que vous pouvez rêver trouver , là , ou un peu plus loin !!!
