Of course, the meticulous cuisine offers seafood specialties, some dishes unchanged since the establishment's creation, such as the "1960" octopus and herb risotto; others are revisited, such as rabbit and sea urchin ravioli, burrata and thyme sauce... The wine list is rich and refined, and the service very elegant.
