A Ventimiglia institution. We love this astonishing structure on stilts with a breathtaking view of the beach. As for the interior, with its wood and panelling, it plays the marine card. Of course, the meticulous cuisine offers seafood specialties, some dishes unchanged since the establishment's creation, such as the "1960" octopus and herb risotto; others are revisited, such as rabbit and sea urchin ravioli, burrata and thyme sauce... The wine list is rich and refined, and the service very elegant.

And yet, the tavern's atmosphere remains family-friendly, with a simple, refined, traditional cuisine offering all the classics of regional cooking, at more than affordable prices. The menu includes appetizers such as vitello tonnato, gnocchi, homemade ravioli or lasagne, fettuccine alle vongole... Desserts include homemade crème caramel and tiramisu. Reservations are recommended.
