Des chambres très mal entretenus !

Ce n'est pas un endroit de confort même le minimum de sécurité et de luxe n'y est pas. J'ai écourté mon séjour là bas pour diverses raisons entre autre de ce que je viens cité.

NOUS SOMMES UNE STRUCTURE QUI CHAQUE FIN DE SEMAINE FAISONS HEBERGER NOTRE PERSONNEL DANS CETTE STRUCTURE.JE SUIS ENORMEMENT DECUE PAR LE MANQUE DE PROFESSIONNALISME DU MONSIEUR QUI REPOND AUX APPELS ET SUR WHATSAPP.Je lui envoi un message à 13H 33 qui est lu et ignoré .Je décide donc d'appeler vers 19H 19 pour savoir si ma réservation est confirmée .Il me répond tranquillement que non et que les tarifs ont changés. Je lui dis alors qu'il aurait pu me le dire afin que je puisse avoir le tps de réserver ailleurs ,il s'énerve et m'insulte puis raccroche.
