Marie-Hélène Mendy, the owner, has 8 rooms, some of which are under renovation. A real heart for this friendly and warm character. The rooms are comfortable, clean and decorated with patina on the ceiling and are ideal for relaxing holidays. Meals cooked by Marie-Hélène are delicious and the proportions can satisfy the greatest eaters. Grilled fish and mafé upon request.

I would not recommend it. The lady was very unwelcoming. I wanted to stay 4 days but I left after 2. There are so many nice campement and friendly people in the island that you can definitely find a better one!

Nos alojamos una noche en el campamento y la verdad que la atención de Helena y sus hijos, la alimentación y el lugar son idílicos para disfrutar de esta isla. Lastimosamente, no podemos decir lo mismo de la habitación.

Pasamos una muy mala noche por el calor tan abrumador que hace en el cuarto, que te dan mas ganas de dormir en la playa, en el piso del corredor o en cualquier otro lado menos en la cama. Si bien es cierto que la falta de electricidad en la isla limita bastante, el no contar ni con un pequeño ventilador y la forma en que esta construido el cuarto no ayuda para nada.

Realmente chez Helena es uno de los lugares indicados para comer, pero definitivamente NO para alojarse!
