Kwalape Safari Lodge has a swimming pool, offers different types of accommodation and organizes activities in the area.
The Kwalape Safari Lodge offers a variety of accommodation, including permanent cabins, safari tents, and a campground. The 12 chalets are well equipped and have a private terrace overlooking the garden. 12 safari tents are also available as well as 7 camping pitches for those with their own tents. A bar, restaurant and swimming pool are available for all guests. All activities in the area are organized by the lodge: safaris in Chobe Park, safari cruises, excursions to Victoria Falls..

Owner's Message
All our accommodation units are surrounded by natural bush gardens which are designed to provide exclusivity, relaxation and tranquility. The gardens provide good habitat for a variety of birds.
Chalets:
We have 12 chalets with a spacious living room and bathroom, each with a private veranda. All our chalets are built in canvas and wood in harmony with its environment.
Standard Rooms:
All our rooms are en-suite and have the option of a double or twin bed. All rooms are air-conditioned and have digital satellite TV.
Safari Tents:
Our safari tents offer great value for money. Each has a lamp, fan, power point and two single beds with bedding and are set near a modern shared ablution.
Camping
Our seven campsites are individually located and each has a power point, water standpipe, and lights. Five of the sites can each accommodate six people. The other two sites are perfect for trucks and can each accommodate up to 20 people.

Die Anlage liegt nicht am Wasser und wirkt auch etwas ungepflegt, teils provisorisch. Die Häuser haben z.B. viel Plastikfolie wo man offensichtlich etwas abdichten wollte, wackelnde Wasserhähne oder Zugang über Treppen mit wechselnden Stufenhöhen. Highlights sind die angebotene Safari im offenem Geländewagen bei der man Löwen, Elefanten und Giraffen beobachten kann sowie ein Bootsausflug auf dem Sambesi mit Krokodilen, Büffeln, Hippos, Elefanten und vielen anderen Tieren. Der Zugang zum Boot erfolgt über einen provisorischen, rostigen Steg.

Room was fairly basic and some of the electrics were quite shoddy. Staff were good. All in all it was fine but nothing to write home about.
