The name of his family camp, Tlouwana, which in Setswana means a young elephant, was chosen because of its proximity to an area with the largest concentration of elephants in Africa. Each tent is set on a terrace and offers luxury comfort, with private bathroom and outdoor shower. Located in the Kasane Forest Reserve, adjacent to the Chobe National Park, Tlouwana Camp offers safaris that are well worth the effort. The camp is ideally located to observe wildlife in its natural habitat and to discover the richness of the region. It is located in an area where there is the largest concentration of elephants in Africa. It offers an all-inclusive stay in the heart of nature including your transfer to the airport. You will sleep in a luxurious tent, spacious, comfortable and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay, such as a private bathroom, armchairs and storage. Dinners under the stars are also a great experience. The well organized 4x4 safaris allow you to observe elephants, lions, leopards, hyenas... In addition, you can enjoy other activities such as a morning boat cruise, a guided excursion to Victoria Falls, a night walk in Chobe Park, etc. In short, this is the place to go for nature and adventure lovers!
Only drawback is the heat in the afternoon in October. It is reaaaaally hot! But this has nothing to do with Tlouwana.
