The house specialty remains beef: onglet, entrecôte, tartare... and the refined rib of beef is rare and delicious. Seasonal dishes and fish balance the menu of this chic brasserie, where it's a pleasure to feast in a particularly plush dining room. With 400 to 500 references of wines and various other quality spirits (Scotch, Japanese, Swedish whiskies...), there's something for everyone.
