SUN PEAKS RESORT

The average amount of sunshine in the resort is 2,000 hours a year, which explains its name! In winter, the resort's ski area is the second largest in Canada with 133 trails, including 16 glades, a maximum length of 8 km for a single trail and a vertical drop of 882 metres. There are also about 40 cross-country ski trails and 17 km of ski touring. In summer, golf (18 holes), hiking (16 trails) and mountain biking (downhill and cross-country) replace skiing. Camping for tents and camper vans on site.
