Things to see and do Driftwood Canyon Provincial Park

Turn to Hudson Bay Mountain Lookout to admire the glacier (before it bases…). Further, by continuing on Yellowhead, stop at the Moricetown Canyon: on this Indian reserve, 15 m of falls that the salmon make to go back in autumn.

Located 17 km northeast of Smithers, the park is rich in fossils. The most beautiful specimens are presented at the Bulkley Valley Museum (Yellowhead and Main Street in Smithers Tel (250) 847 5322).
