30 km from Barkerville, a paradise for canoeists. The 120 km circuit is world famous and passes through six major lakes (Indianpoint, Isaac, Lanezi, Sandy, Spectacle and Bowron). Be prepared to carry your boat for a total of 8.5 km (the longest part being 3 km). It will take about 6 to 10 days to complete the circuit depending on your level. There are several campsites within the provincial park for this purpose. The number of participants is regulated and you will need to apply for a permit to do so. During your crossings, you will see elk, mountain sheep, beavers, black bears and grizzly bears.
