This is Kilohana Plantation's restaurant and it is one of the most stylish on the island. On the menu, you'll enjoy contemporary organic Hawaiian cuisine prepared by Chef Johnny SAGUID who uses vegetables and spices grown directly on Kilohana Plantation where he is located. Original dishes include champagne chicken, braised lamb with coconut milk and peanut butter and ribs with sake. Wide choice for vegans and vegetarians too. Subdued atmosphere in the evening. Ideal for a dinner for two.

La cuisine du chef m'a plu. Un vrai régal pour les papilles. Je ne manquerai pas d'y aller lors de mon prochain passage à Lihue.
