A small family restaurant that has been busy since it opened in 1951. Its secret: its delicious "saimin" (Hawaiian noodle soup) recipes. Often accompanied by pork and fish, these soups were originally the "catch-all" dish for immigrant workers, but are now a real treat for locals and visitors alike. Consistent and at low prices, the bowls of noodles are distributed like hotcakes, and there is something for everyone! Another flagship product of the address: the passion fruit meringue pie!

Ce petit resto à Lihue vaut absolument le détour. La cuisine y est bien concoctée.
