HANA LAVA TUBE

A 40 minutes walk in the bowels of the earth. This natural tunnel was formed as a result of the cooling of the lava in contact with the air. Humidity and erosion have created whole sections of brown stalactites that look strangely like melted chocolate. The tunnel is not illuminated and the visit is done with a flashlight, which really gives the feeling of being an explorer, far from the beaten tourist tracks. The entrance of the tunnel is paying but the visit is in autonomy. Flashlights are provided.
