Calm golden sandy beach, boogie-board and kitesurf spot inviting to swim despite sometimes strong currents

Oneola Beach, also known as Ironwoods Beach, is a boogie-board and kitesurfing spot. It is possible to swim there but with caution because of the sometimes strong currents. The beach is not long but very beautiful and the sand is fine and golden, ideal for reading in peace, especially since the beach is further away from the hotel complexes. Parking is available on Ironwood Lane and access to the beach is right across the street or via the Kapalua Coastal Trail.
