The new Hawaiian cuisine concocted by celebrity chef Peter Merriman is truly excellent. All the products are organic and you can even visit the farms where they come from. Among the most successful dishes, the best is undoubtedly the ahi (fish) wok or the Kahua Ranch lamb. The price matches the quality, a very good address that stands out in this Far West decor. With its success, this restaurant opened in 1988 and has been joined by two other restaurants in Maui, two in Oahu and one in Kauai.
