An establishment known for its creamy homemade cinnamon rolls and giant omelets prepared according to local recipes. Eggs Benedict are also revisited, accompanied by Kalua-style pork or mahi mahi. Soups, sandwiches and salads at the crossroads of US and Hawaiian cuisine. The portions are generous and it's perfect! The locals love the "Red velvet pancake" tinted with pink or the guava pancakes. A second address has opened in Waikiki in the Ilikai Hotel.
