They may look like crude cakes designed for tourists, but these little pineapple-shaped shortbread are actually delicious. Their refined taste incorporates local flavors: coconut, coffee, macadamia nuts or pineapple. A successful recipe. Sold in a dozen stores throughout O'ahu, most of them at the foot of the hotels, you can't miss them. Especially since they offer welcome tastings. The cakes are even sold in the form of necklaces, to imitate flower necklaces, an original gift idea that can be kept.

Le prix est très élevé mais la qualité est au rendez-vous.
