Vallier Robert is the artisan maple syrup producer behind all the fabulous products of Domaine Acer. It is with his wife Nathalie Decaigny and his fine team that he develops his products and his business. The domain offers maple sap wines as well as maple syrup and fine products such as butters, jellies, terrines, chocolates and candies. Since it is part of the ECONOMUSEUM network, it is possible to have a guided tour of the company and its facilities, with a small tasting as a bonus. 2 km trail, store, café.
