A grocery store, very practical for those who want to eat on the run. Sandwiches in the fresh section. Those who wish can sit around a table to enjoy their meal while chatting with the friendly staff. Also handy for stocking up for Big Bend National Park. Opened in 1900, this venerable store has survived the 20th century thanks to its original owner, Lucille French, who apparently was French in name only.
