Reata Alpine is an excellent place, specializing in Southwestern cuisine, with tasty and juicy dishes. You can taste unusual combinations of flavors for a European. We highly recommend the Pan-Seared Pepper Crusted Tenderloin with Port Wine Sauce and the grits with jalapeños. Expensive, yes, but truly to die for. The name Reata comes from a movie James Dean starred in, Giant, and the main ranch was named after it. It was filmed in the town of Marfa, about 40 kilometers from Alpine.

Une excellente adresse à Alpine à ne surtout pas rater. La cuisine y est satisfaisante et le service agréable.
