This vast park stretches between Barton Creek and the Colorado River, south of downtown, and is a popular destination for locals. You'll find joggers, soccer players, hikers and dog walkers. On the large main plain, located at the tip of Barton Springs and the Colorado River and littered with people reading in the sun, you have a superb view of Downtown. There's also a botanical garden, picnic tables, a golf course, an amphitheatre and, of course, the famous Barton Springs.
