Absolute worst Hilton Hotel I’ve ever stayed. We woke up at 2am with the AC blowing Hot Air and the temperature of the room very hot. Contacted the front desk and they came and were unable to fix the AC. They offered to move us but it would take a little while since they were in the middle of an audit. Finally 40 minutes later were were moved to a room on another floor but no one notified housekeeping. Even though were had placed the do not disturb sign on the door they made multiple attempts to get in the room as were tried to sleep and shower. When I complained I didn’t receive any apology just “it wasn’t our fault - the person who moved you to that room did not enter it into the computer”. What do you mean? Your employee moved us - it certainly wasn’t our fault.

Pretty good breakfast, the only thing missing was bacon. We missed their bacon days.
