Located 7,5 miles east of Natchitoches, this restaurant specialises in the «Mediterranean» barbecue. The Americans rise to the rank of the barbecue, and Grayson's proves this by taking the challenge out of hand. This is one of the favourite places of the locals when the craving for meat is felt - and the neighbors do not make their own barbecue…

The "hole of the crayfish" puts of course the orange damsel in the honor. Here it is only a question of crayfish tails and the dose of chilli that is added to them. Of course, we have known cheaper places, but we must admit that the product is of first quality. And in Louisiana, a crawfish platter is never to be refused! The restaurant also offers shrimps in all their forms, fried oysters, gumbo, po-boys and burgers, Cajun fried fish and many other typical delights.

Located outside the historic city centre, in the new city, Southern Classic is one of the most popular guest rooms of the hotel. We eat the best fried chicken in the city, namely drumsticks and fried chicken wings. It is not a healthy thing, it is not dietetic and it is quite American. 

A nice little address located on the shores of Cane River Lake that serves delicious Italian and Creole cuisine. Fish and seafood are in the spotlight here (crawfish etouffee, shrimp & grits, fried oysters, etc.), but also pasta (mention the capellini with shrimp and creamy champagne sauce), grilled meats and po-boys, burgers and gourmet sandwiches. Bonus: the restaurant has a very nice terrace on the waterfront.
