This bed & breakfast is most famous for hosting the filming of Steel Magnolias, a 1980s movie that made the area very popular. The rooms are lovely and luxurious and reflect the romantic atmosphere of the house. A small, fully equipped apartment for up to four people is also available for rent. The well-kept gardens are set around a pleasant swimming pool. There are also several common areas, such as a parlor, a living room with fireplace and a beautiful terrace.

I just came away from a girl's weekend staying at the Steel Magnolia House Bed & Breakfast. It was the most relaxing stay I have had in a while. Everything & everyone was so welcoming. Th3 ladies there are so special. It was like coming home. The rooms were so clean & comfy. The gardens were beautiful & the food was delish. Grandma couldn't have prepared a better Southern home cooked breakfast! Don't forget to ask for their specialty jams & grab you a T-shirt before you leave. You will, I will definitely be back!

Came here for our anniversary as I’m a huge fan of the movie. It did not disappoint. Great rates and Bridgette and Mama Rose were amazing. They definitely gave us tips and advice on where to go and what to do. A must-see for fans. Thanks! We will for sure be back.
